All existing ADSL clients automatically qualify for the reduced pricing. Your accounts have already been adjusted as of the 1 January 2010 to the new pricing structure.

To change ISP’s is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Send a cancellation letter to your current service provide notifying them that you would like to cancel your ADSL cap. Please note that your ADSL line rental will remain with Telkom.
    
2. Complete the ADSL application and debit order instruction. This will be emailed to you once you have decided on the ADSL cap size that you require.
    
3. On the first of the month we will assist you to configure your router to use your new cap. This takes about 5 minutes.
