Cost and Fee Structure:
The cost for setting up a Joomla! Open Source Content Management System (CMS) is R2,800.00 excl VAT once off. For this we will provide you with the following:
Setup of the Joomla!
Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Applying your Joomla Template
to the Content Management System (CMS)
Basic alterations to the template you have chosen; such as the colour, images and your logo.
Setup of your initial navigation
A one hour training session on how to use the Joomla! Content Management System (CMS).
You can choose from our selection of 122 Templates.
A complete new design, i.e. to match your corporate look, is not included in the setup agreement. A new design will be charged at our standard hourly rates.
The once off setup price above does not include the hosting of the website.
A minimum hosting fee of R130.00 per month is payable.
Any design changes required to any of the templates is limited to a maximum of 4 hours. Any additional time spent will be charged for at our standard
hourly rate.
The initial setup fee does not include inserting of any content. If we are required to assist with content, the charge is extra at a rate of R320.00 per hour.
If the user requires very specific plug-ins to be added to the Joomla! Content Management System there might be an additional charge for finding and applying a plugin that will suite the users requirements.
Joomla! Content Management System does not generate search engine friendly URL's. Plug-ins are available to resolve this problem at an
additional charge.
As the Joomla! Content Management System is an Open Source application we do not offer any support.
Easy2usesites is not responsible or liable for any functionalities or errors in the application or plugins as it is an open source product.
The user uses the system at their own risk.
If the user requires additional training after the initial training session, this will be charged for at our standard hourly rate.
